Terms & Conditions – Ben Lomond Surplus / DFC Alaska Moving Auction PT 4 By participating in this online auction, bidders agree to the following terms: 1. All Sales Final All items are sold as is, where is. No guarantees, warranties, or refunds will be offered for any item under any circumstances. 2. Item Descriptions These are consigned goods, and Alaska Surplus is not the owner of the items listed. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions based on visual inspections and available information. Known issues will be noted when possible. However, no condition is guaranteed, and Condition Unknown will be used when insufficient information is available. 3. Buyer’s Premium & Payment Fees A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid price of all items. A 3.5% convenience fee applies to all credit/debit card transactions. Unless other wise requested invoices will be charged to card on file within 24hours of auction end. 4. Accepted Payment Methods We accept cash and credit/debit cards only. Full payment must be made before pickup. 5. Pickup Policy All items must be picked up within 7 days of auction end unless other wise discussed. Items not retrieved by this deadline will be forfeited without refund and become property of the auction company. No exceptions. Pick up will be held sept 6th 11am-3pm 6. Inspection Recommended Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items in person prior to placing bids. While we strive for accuracy, undisclosed issues may exist. Inspection date will be Saturday the 30th from 12-2pm 7.
