General Conditions All items are sold "as-is, where-is" with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied. Buyers must rely solely on their own inspection of images, descriptions and available information. We strongly encourage bidders to ask questions prior to bidding. 1. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL Bids cannot be retracted or canceled once placed. 2. WINNING BIDDER OBLIGATIONS By placing the winning bid, you enter a legally binding contract to pay for the items including all applicable fees, via the auction platform. 3. NO REFUNDS FOR ERRORS Claims of mistakes will not be honored. All sales are final. 4. SALES TAX All transactions are subject to Florida state sales tax. Tax-exempt buyers must provide a valid tax-exempt form before auction closes. 5. BUYER'S PREMIUM A 15% buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids. 6. PAYMENT METHODS Credit card payments are accepted via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, China Union Pay, and bank debit cards). All credit card payments are subject to 3.5% processing fee. For alternative payment methods (cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, wire transfer, or cryptocurrency), please contact us prior to the auction close. 7. ITEM REMOVAL POLICY Items may not be removed until full payment is verified. All items must be picked up within three (3) days of auction close or storage fees may apply at the buyer's expense. The pickup address will be provided at the auction's conclusion. 8. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER The auction company is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged items after the sale or during pickup. 9. AUCTIONEER'S RIGHTS The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or cancel the auction at its sole discretion. 10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION All disputes will be resolved under the laws of the State of Florida.
