Highland Auctions LLC will attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising to the best of our ability, on the Internet and within the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Highland Auctions LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Online bidders understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect and look at items as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other factors. Highland Auctions LLC will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the items listed in auctions. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. 3. Highland Auctions LLC reserves the right to withdraw, add, or re-catalog items in this auction. Highland Auctions LLC also reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. 4. Items/lots are to be paid in full prior to removal from auction site. All items are to be removed on the pickup date noted unless arrangement is made with the Auctioneer prior to bidding. Please bring physical or digital copy of your receipt/invoice to pickup. All auction sales will be settled using the bidders credit card on file with HiBid. 5. Highland Auctions LLC, it's agents and the property owner/Estate of the auction being held are not responsible for accidents or injuries incurred during any preview, local pickup, or other consideration pertinent to the property/ies at which the auction is being conducted. 6. All Bidders agree to pay stated Buyer's Premium of 14% unless otherwise noted in auction description/notes. 7. Items may be sold with a "Reserve" (or minimum dollar amount allowing the item to sell). This Reserve and the amount may or may not be disclosed, but please contact Auctioneer with any questions including those post the auction conclusion as Reserve amounts may often be negotiable given further discussion with consignor. 8. Lots not picked up at the stated local pickup time/date or at another pre-arranged (prior to Auction Close) time frame will be forfeited by the buyer and become property of Highland Auctions LLC. If items are not picked up by buyer within the designated time frame or at a prearranged date/time made with Highland Auctions LLC no refund will be issued. 9. Items requested to be forfeited by buyer will not be issued a refund and items will then become property of Highland Auctions LLC 10. Highland Auctions LLC is not responsible for any damages to property made by buyers when looking at, inspecting or moving items. 11. All items sold are used and are sold as is unless stated otherwise. Please read full descriptions and view all photos carefully when bidding on items. 12. If requesting shipping please send us an email at Highlandauctionsllc@gmail.com with your invoice #, name and address you would like your items shipped to. Highland auctions is not reliable for any damages and will not offer any refunds to buyers once items leave out auction house. Please note buyers are responsible for all shipping charges and handling fees. An invoice will be sent out with shipping fees and will need to be paid within 24 hours or items will become property of Highland auctions LLC.
