Any items not picked up within 7 days are forfeit and will be disposed of at the auction company's discretion. *Check must clear the bank before vehicle title is distributed *Firearms will only be shipped to an FFL in the buyer's state, and the FFL will be responsible for background checks and transferring the firearms to the buyer. Any fee's associated with this transfer will be the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your FFL to find out how much they charge to do a transfer. *Items available for shipping with be shipped 2-3 days after the auction and buyer pays the actual shipping cost. *Any gold items must be paid for by cashier's check. Credit cards will not be accepted for gold items. *This is a live auction with online bidding. The auctioneer is solely responsible for determining who has the bid at any given time. When bidding on Hibid it is important to know that there is a couple second delay from the live auction to what you see and hear on Hibid. The offline portion of the auction continues for several hours after the online portion is completed, and because of this, invoices for winning online bidders will not be sent until Monday morning. * Non-paying bidders will be systematically banned from participating in future auctions. * Registering for this auction is deemed as the buyer's acceptance of these terms.
