Bid Rigging, the coordinated efforts of two or more registered bidders to “share” winning lots by coordinating which lots to bid or not bid on is illegal and will be reported to the online auction site. Silverleaf Auction Co. will use all available resources to STRONGLY advocate revocation of online bidding privileges and where applicable by state laws, refer such instances to local authorities. If items are not picked up or shipping invoice paid within thirty days, ownership of the items revert back to Silverleaf Auction Co. or their clients, and monies paid for items will be retained by Silverleaf Auction Co. to cover storage, listing, labor, insurance, and other inconveniences resulting in the transaction.
