Thank you for participating in this online auction event (the "Auction"). Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By placing a bid, you agree to be bound by all conditions of sale outlined below. Auction Firm JD's Realty & Auction, LLC (referred to herein as "Auction Firm" or "Auctioneer") is conducting this auction as the sole licensed auctioneer and real estate brokerage firm. Inspection The property is available for inspection by appointment. Real estate agents may show the property to prospective buyers by scheduling an appointment and completing buyer registration. Registration All bidders must register with the Auction Firm prior to bidding. Online bidders must complete the online registration process. By registering, all bidders acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. Agency The Auction Firm and its agents represent the Seller only in this transaction. Any cooperation with buyer agents or referring brokers is as a courtesy and does not create an agency relationship with the buyer. Contracts & Deposit The high bidder shall sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement and deliver a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the bid price at the conclusion of the auction.
