1. Online bidding starts Friday June 6th , 2025 and ends Friday June 20th, 2025, beginning at 7:00PM EST for the first lot using a soft close process. Bidding will be extended on any lot if there is a bid within the last minute. 2. Items can be previewed by appointment with the auctioneer. Call 412-877-0579. 3. Payment and Pickup will be made on location in Ligonier on Sunday June 22nd from 10:00AM to 5:00 PM. Due to limited parking space, pickup will be scheduled using the link provided with winning invoices. 4. There is a 13 % buyer's premium for winning bids 5. Note that some Taxidermy items in this auction are required to be sold and remain in Pennsylvania and out of state bidders should refrain from bidding on these lots. All out of state winning bidders must apply for all necessary permits. Hit Auctions LLC will not ship these items, but will work with winning bidders, Freight Companies as needed. 6. Note that some lots may have modest reserves at the request of the consignor(s). This is indicated in the catalog for lots with reserves showing reserve not met in red font. When the reserve has been met, this will go away, and the bid amount will be highlighted in green. 7. Winning bids will receive an invoice after the close of the auction with lots that they have won. If the reserve has been met the invoice will also include those lots. If the invoice does not include lots that had reserves, then the reserve was not met. This is why at the end of the auction HiBid only states you may have won this lot. 8. Payment is due at the time of pick up. Credit cards, wire transfer and cash are accepted. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. 9. Shipping is offered on small items at cost for shipping & materials plus a small handling fee based on the item to be shipped. All Invoices valued at $100 or more will be insured and signature confirmation required. 10. Invoices totaling $500 or more that require shipping must be paid for with wire transfer or bank certified check. New HiBid and first time Hit Auctions LLC auction bidders with invoices totaling $150 or more that require shipping must be paid for with wire transfer or bank certified check. Please check with the auctioneer for more information if needed. Items will be shipped after payment has been cleared. 11. A 3% Fee will be charged for CC users. 5% for American Express. 12. The Seller, or any of the Seller's agents or employees, or HIT Auctions LLC or any of its agents or employees, shall not be liable to the Buyer or to Buyer's agents, employees, contractors, or any other persons or entities acting on their behalf in connection with such removal of the Property, for any loss, damage, personal injury or death, of any kind or character to them arising either from the use of the property of the Seller pursuant to the License granted herein, or caused by any alleged defect or condition in any building, structure, equipment or facility, or any condition on the land of the Seller, any of which are alleged to be the cause of or contributing to the aforementioned loss, damage or personal injury or death. In addition, the Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller and HIT Auctions LLC and their respective agents, servants and employees of and from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expenses, personal injury or death of any person or persons arising out of, or relating to the removal of the above described Property.
