(Back-to-back auctions receive combined shipping if shipping payment is made on the first auction.)
SHIPPING ONLY – NO LOCAL PICKUP This is a shipping-only auction. No local pickup will be available. Flat-rate shipping is $15 per invoice, regardless of the number of lots won. We will combine shipping for two back-to-back auctions, i.e., you win items on Tuesday's auction and pay the shipping fee, we will then ship anything won on Friday's auction at no additional charge to the same address. All items will be shipped to the shipping address on your invoice. Please ensure your shipping, billing, home, and credit card addresses all match in your HiBid account before bidding. This is required for a successful transaction. The $15 flat shipping fee per invoice will be automatically charged to the credit card on file once the auction closes. IMPORTANT DEADLINES & FORFEITURE POLICY Shipping must be paid within 3 days of the auction’s close. If we are unable to charge the card on file within 3 days, all items will be forfeited without refund—no exceptions. ITEM DESCRIPTIONS & CONDITION We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and clear photographs of each item. However, all items are sold AS IS. No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review all descriptions and photos prior to bidding, and to reach out with any questions before placing a bid. BUYER’S PREMIUM & SALES TAX A Buyer’s Premium of 18% will be added to all winning bids. Connecticut sales tax (6.35%) will be charged on all taxable items shipped to CT addresses. Out-of-state buyers will not be charged sales tax. Tax-exempt buyers must submit a valid resale certificate before the close of the auction. ORDERS OVER $500 Invoices over $500 will require a valid government-issued photo ID showing a matching name and address to the HiBid account and the credit card on file. This is to ensure secure transactions and prevent fraud. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By placing a bid, you are entering into a binding agreement and agree to all terms and conditions of this auction.
