Pick Up will be available: Tuesday thru Friday, May 13th thru May 16th from 11AM to 6PM Saturday May 17th from 10AM to 1PM TERMS FOR FIREARMS There will be a $25.00 (Cash Only) processing fee per firearm paid to Newell Firearms & Outdoor at time of firearm pick up/shipping. - No exceptions All items sell "as is, where is" with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. All firearms sales are subject to Federal Firearms Regulations. Purchasers will be required to complete all necessary forms in order to facilitate firearm transfers. FIREARMS SHIPPING All firearms not received in person must be shipped to a FFL Dealer. Firearms will be shipped priority insured by Newell Firearms & Outdoor to Buyer's designated FFL Dealer via US Postal Service. Charges for packaging, shipping, and insurance will be $40 per gun payable to 3G's Auction Company in advance of shipment. Buyers must contact Newell Firearms & Outdoor to arrange for shipment of firearms @ (229)-302-8472. Any Bidder desiring to have their firearm(s) shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer must provide Newell Firearms & Outdoor with written authorization (faxed or mailed) from their designated FFL Dealer which request the transfer and shipment of the specific firearm(s) to the designated FFL Dealer for transfer to the Bidder, along with a current copy of the designated FFL Dealer's Federal Firearms License. Firearms not picked up or shipped by 5:00 P.M., June 20th, 2025 are subject to a $10.00 per day storage fee. Firearms not picked up or shipped by 5:00 P.M., June 20th will be considered abandoned and returned to the City Of Sylvester Police Department .
