Pick-up is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, April 1st, 2nd, 3rd from 10am to 7pm. If there's rain or storms then we will extend days until Friday or even the following week if necessary. We will send out contact information on your invoice after the auction closes. This property only has one gate entrance and we are requesting the following in order to spread out customers evenly over these load out days. We are extending load out until 7pm to help accommodate customers. Tuesday - customers last name ending in A through G Wednesday - customers last name ending in H through P Thursday - customers last name ending in Q through Z Shipping guidelines & charges are as follows… WE WON'T SHIP ANY SINGLE ITEM THAT WEIGHS OVER 15 POUNDS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL - If you don't get approval, the card on file will be processed and you will forfeit the item. We will NOT ship any framed artwork. A handling fee of $6.00 per lot will be added to your invoice. For each packaged box larger than 12x12x12 there will be an additional $10.00 per box fee. This fee will cover the expense of extra packing supplies and our time to package and prepare the items accordingly. We will do our best to package your item for the most protection during shipping and also for the most affordable shipping rates. The buyer is also responsible for the shipping charges. We ship mostly through USPS Priority Mail or through UPS. We are not responsible for items that are damaged in the mail. It is the buyers responsibility to request insurance if you want protection. **Please note - If you place a bid/bids and do not pick up your merchandise during the designated pick up day and time or if you fail to contact us on pick up days to make alternate arrangements your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be forfeited back to the auction company.
