Before placing a bid please know bidding is an agreement to purchase the lot/lots you have bid on. Bidders who default on their bids and payments are subject to having their bidding privileges revoked from our platform. Customers are required to make payments on their invoice within 2 business days of the Auction closing. Customers who have not paid or reached out within this time frame will have their items either forfeited, or charged a $5 storage/holding per day the items are at our warehouse. Refund and Return Policy: Here at Grasons we believe strongly in the accurate description of all items in our auctions. We do our best to note all use, scuffs, blemishes, damage, stains, scratches, and wear. As with almost all antiques, vintage, and used items, some amount of use is expected. We uphold the same standard with our measurements and dimensions, but some are approximated. We refer to this standard when dealing with refund and return requests, if the item has clear pictures or notes of the damage, your refund request will more than likely be revoked. Grasons does not guarantee the working order of any electronics or mechanical devices. We will test certain products upon request. Shipping: Begins at a FLAT $10 rate PLUS the cost of the shipping label. The handling/supplies charge will increase based upon the time, box size, and supplies used to pack your order. Typically about $5+ charge for any size boxes larger than a uHaul sized small, $5 for the use of large amounts of packing peanuts and bubble wrap, and another $5 if the packing of the order takes longer than 15 minutes. Example, breakable orders packed into a medium sized box, with a decent amount of packing peanuts and wrapping paper will run $25 plus the shipping label. A small non breakable item with simply an envelope will be the flat $10 rate plus the shipping label. We must charge for labor and supplies in order to offer in house shipping. Customers may contact a third party service or other means of shipment, as long as it is within the two day closing/payment post auction. Items may take days up to weeks to ship depending on our order volume and company schedule. We will send a clarification email upon auction close to winners giving an eta on shipping and beginning a line of communication. Pick up policy: Customers interested in picking up their won items locally may do so from our office/warehouse location. Customers may only pick up their items once payment has been processed. Items may be picked up the week following the sale. You must contact us within that same week to confirm if your item is to be picked up locally. We ask that you bring your own boxes, wrapping paper, and loading assistance. Our employees are available to load for a fee determined by the quantity of items and their size. Larger items can be picked up directly from our warehouse loading dock. Small items will be brought to you in the warehouse, or from the office front door. No entry is permitted into our office space. Payments, Clerking, & Invoices: All invoices are subject to Arizona sales tax and a 18% Buyers Premium. The premium allows the auctioneer to cover the costs of conducting our services. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO PICKUP/SHIPPING.
