In no event shall Andreas & Associates be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. 2.Bidders who bid from off site understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Andreas & Associates also reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. 4.All items are to be paid in full prior to removal from auction site. All items are to be removed by the conclusion of the sale unless arrangement is made with the Auctioneer prior to bidding. Letters of credit or Guarantee must be for this auction only, along with proof of identity. Bidder agrees not to stop payment on checks or disallow a sight draft and is responsible for any expenses due to collection of a bad check. In the event of a bad check the Auctioneer reserves the right to repossess, at any time, at your location, the merchandise involved.
