INVOICING AND PAYMENT: Your Credit Card used to Register will be processed for payment after the close of the auction. A paid in full Invoice Receipt with Pickup details will be emailed once payment is processed. Payment must be received at time of checkout and pickup following the conclusion of the auction. If payment is not received or payment arrangements made within 1 day after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the item(s), including any and all monies. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. Failure to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future on-line auctions conducted by WWH Goods. LOTS: All lots are subject to removal from auction prior to close. ITEMS: Pickup/Removal of item(s) won on auction shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Any Items not removed at the allotted checkout time, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by seller, will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including any and all moneys from the buyer.
