Auction begins ending on Thursday Feb 6th at noon Pick ups can begin Thursday evening from 5p-7p to help us maximize space but appts will need to be made in order to help with organization and traffic into the neighborhood. Parking is limited. Winners will need to bring their own bags, boxes, totes etc to collect items from the home.

Auction pick ups for this one will need to happen strategically. The home is a condo on a dead end street with very little parking. If you are bidding on large items please use common sense. You will need a vehicle large enough to transport the items. You will also need muscle to get the items up stairs or down stairs depending on which floor your items are on. Checkout Date/Time Pick ups will need to be spread out and happen strategically because of the layout of the location. The condo is on a dead end street and parking is limited to just the driveway. Also, it is a 3 story home with items on all floors and in a garage so pending how much someone buys will determine how long a single pick up cound take.
