PAYMENT: Buyers wishing to pay by cash must notify Harrill Auctions, LLC (“Auctioneer”) at (919) 698-6250 BEFORE THE AUCTION CLOSES. If we do not hear from you, credit cards will be charged at the completion of the auction the next day. LOAD OUT: All items must be paid for in full prior to removal. ABSENTEE BIDS: Absentee Bids may be registered with Harrill Auctions, LLC. Harrill Auctions, LLC staff cannot guarantee absentee bid placement. Payment for items purchased via absentee bids must be paid for in full prior to removal from the sale site. 8.SYSTEM FAILURES: Auctioneer shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or missed bids caused by system failure. 9. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: By bidding Buyer acknowledges that it has read and agreed to these terms and conditions, has capacity to enter into and fulfill its contractual obligations, that no refunds or exchanges will be given, and that Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid for any reason. 10. GOVERNING LAW: This contract shall be governed by North Carolina law and the jurisdiction for any legal action shall be state or federal courts in North Carolina. 11. COLLECTION COSTS: Buyer shall be responsible for any cost of collection of outstanding amounts owed including court costs, damages, attorneys’ fees and any other collection costs incurred by Auctioneer.
