PAYMENT NOTICE All cards on file will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. There is an 15% Buyer's Premium added to all invoice totals. AUCTION PICKUP All items must be removed within the 7 days following the auction close. If you can not make the pickup dates you must request a refund (25% restocking fee) before the pickup window closes. If you do not notify us your items will be forfeited with no refunds. We hold items a MAX of 7 days after auction close, no exceptions. WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES ANY warranties or guarantees provided in item descriptions are null and void. We do not endorse or provide any warranties or guarantees, whether expressed or implied, for a particular purpose of the items being auctioned. All items are sold on an "as-is" basis. Our only obligation is that the item condition is as described. All merchandise is sold As-Is in like new condition unless otherwise stated. ALL TVs, Large Furniture, Vanities, Bathtubs, Refrigerators, BBQs and already assembled items must be inspected before leaving as no refunds will be given for any discrepancies or damage.
