Firearm Auction rules New Auction Featuring Classic and Collectable Firearms: Buyers will be invoiced and charged immediately upon completion of the auction. If an out of state address is given, shipping will be automatically charged to the card along with the auction total (see shipping fees). All firearms sales are final and no returns or refunds are accepted. Winning bidder is responsible for verifying that the firearm is legal in their area and that they can legally take possession of it. Buyers that want their firearm shipped to their local dealer are responsible for having their dealer contact the transferring FFL (Armada Arms LLC) and providing a copy of their license. License copies must be submitted by email to sales@armadaarms.com and the email should reference the Lot number and firearm (example: “Lot 123 - Glock 19”). Firearms will only be shipped to FFLs. There are no exceptions. Buyers are responsible for paying for shipping. Any used firearms should be inspected bya competent gunsmith prior to firing. NO warranty express or implied beyond manufacturer's factory warranty on new items. All bids constitute a binding contract and must be honored. Any fraudulent chargeback will be contested and/or charged again with a $200 processing fee. Fees: 15% buyer's premium 6% VA sales tax (in-state only) Shipping (per firearm): Handguns: $30 (priority mail). multiple handgun purchases will be $25 per handgun Long guns: $40 (UPS ground) Ammunition shipping: Cases of ammo will cost $40 per case shipping (it’s bulky and heavy=$$) Smaller quantities of ammo: I will try and combine shipping when possible. Local (Virginia) buyers may pick up the firearms from the transferring FFL by appointment. All local buyers will be required to complete Virginia Form SP-65 and Federal Form 4473 at the time of transfer. You must have a Virginia Driver’s License or military orders to a base in Virginia to legally take possession of a handgun. Buyers located in Virginia are subject to the “one handgun per month” rule as of July 2020 unless they are exempt from this restriction under Virginia law (typically having a concealed carry license or being Commonwealth Law Enforcement). Factory new firearms will be covered by any transferrable manufacturer’s warranty that may apply. Any used firearm should be inspected by a competent gunsmith to verify that they are in working order before firing. All winning bidders will be invoiced for the complete cost of the auction (including applicable taxes and fees) as soon as the auction closes. All items are as shown with no extra accessories, items, packaging, or paperwork unless explicitly described. Items not picked up or shipment arranged within 120 days of the end of the auction will be forfeit unless prior arrangements have been made.

Payment Terms
15% buyer's premium, and 6% Virginia sales tax on items sold within the state of Virginia. Payment by card only, which will be charged immediately upon closing of the auction.
Shipping (per firearm): Handguns: $30 (priority mail) Long guns: $40 (UPS ground) Local (Virginia) buyers may pick up the firearms from the transferring FFL by appointment. All local buyers will be required to complete Virginia Form SP-65 and Federal Form 4473 at the time of transfer. Silencers shipped outside Virignia must be shipped to an SOT (commonly called a "class 3" dealer)
