It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect any items before purchase. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen to not personally inspect the items purchased. Buyer is solely responsible determining the condition, faults, and proper identification of auction merchandise. We are open every Friday from 9-4pm to preview current Auction items. THIS IS A VISUAL INSPECTION/PREVIEW ONLY -All bids placed must be honored by the buyer. There is no cancellation of bids placed for any reason. This causes more headache and damage than it can help. Imagine you receieved an outbid email and then all of a sudden ( if bid cancellations were allowed) you were winning again. This can easily become unfair to other bidders, potential to tarnish our reputation and bring confusion to an easy streamlined process. -Full balance must be paid before any items can be picked up. Partial payment does NOT constitue partial pickup. FULL payment due Thursday by 5pm following the auction. -Mesa Public Auction has the right to charge your card on file in smaller increments until full payment is collected. It is the buyers resposibilty to pay in full before items are forfeited 4 days following the current auction. If only partial payment is collected but NOT the full amount, it is still considered an unpaid invoice and will be forfieted along with any payment collected by Thursday following the current auction. - Unpaid Auction accounts will be restricted, it is not fair to other bidders or Mesa Public Auction to outbid others only to not pay for said items. Mesa Public Auction reserves the right to refuse service at our own discretion. New accounts made (with similarities or not ) to a previous Non paying bidder will be restricted or allowed at our own discretion. Once again, this is not fair to put in all the work just to have someone not pay, have them make a new account to have the possibility of non payment again. -Winning an item that is,but not limited to, bulk, contractor pallet and multiple sets, means you are resonsible for picking up your entire order. Leaving something at our facilty because it is damaged, will not fit in your vehicle, or is not what you expected, does not constitue you leaving it at our facility and making Mesa Public Auction resposible to dispose of your item. In doing so, you will be charged a disposal fee. Disposal fee will be $10 per item left with us. We will charge the card on file any disposal fees necessary -All descriptions are believed to be accurate but Mesa Public Auction is not held responsible for errors and omissions. Descriptions, accurate/current retail prices and Auctioneer comments are not guaranteed. EST is estimated quantities. ALL bedding, battery operated items, RC, inflatables, Tents, water dispensers are UNCHECKED. -CONSIGNMENT POLICY- All Consignment items are AS IS. NO ANNOUNCEMENTS will be made on any consignment items. Any major damages, blemishes, scuffs, dents will be pictured to the best of our ability. Anything damage etc not pictured or not described is Not Arbitratable, No Exceptions. ALL consignment items are recommended to be previewed. Our only preview day is Friday 9am-4pm. This is a visual preview ONLY. No items will be handled, inspected, unwrapped or taken out of original packaging during preview. If you can't make it to our preview then you agree to make your bids accordingly. All sizes are estimated and will be measured to the best of our ability. All types of wood, finished colors, brands and material are estimated and will be assumed to best of our ability. There will NEVER be any refunds or exchanges nor will we allow you to consign a winning consignment item/lot with us. Many consignment items are furniture, large, heavy pieces. We DO NOT LOAD your vehicle. Bring help loading, a large vehicle and tie downs if necessary. -Any business closures, holiday closures and/or change of hours can be found on lot #3 and your invoice -When registering for our auction on hibid you are ensuring the contact information is accurate and it is your resposibilty to log back into your hibid account to see if you won items and/or checking your email and spam folder for emails we sent you regarding the auction -Our only guarantee is a sales price of $25 or over AND plugs into the wall, on these items we will either replace with the same working item, or refund. All items sold for $22.50 or less are AS IS, No Exceptions. ALL items that do not qualify for our gaurentee policy are sold as is NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, EXCHANGES, OR RETURNS - It is buyers responsibilty to make sure all items are as described and in his/her possesion during pickup. Its always a good idea to double check you invoice to make sure you have all your items -If we do honor a refund that failed to meet our gaurantee policy, the refund must be done by Friday following that auction the item was won in. -ALL pickups require an ID that is to match the identification of the bidder on the account. No pickups will be allowed without an ID. IF you have another person picking up you must have permission from Mesa Public Auction beforehand. If an ID is not shown at the time of pickup and/or the ID does not match the bidders account information, pickup of the winning item(s) will not be allowed. Engine/ Mechanical Warranty Items sold with a GAS Engine will have a 3 day Mechanical warranty from Date of Pickup, for functional condition only. Functional / running condition meaning the machine will turn on and required moving parts will function. Mesa Public Auction does not keep a Gas can on hand or specific oil to operate these items. Each item has been pre-inspected. At point of sale, We are confident the motor is not seized and with proper oil / gas / tune up the item will turn over and operate. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILTY UPON PURCHASE TO INPUT FRESH GAS, FILL UP AND MAINTAIN CORRECT OIL AMOUNT, CLEAN CARBURETOR IF NEEDED OR OTHER REQUIRED MAINTENANCE BEFORE OPERATING. THIS REQUIREMENT IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. PURCHASING A GAS MOTOR AND BUYER NOT COMPLETING THE 2 STEPS BELOW UPON IN STORE PICKUP WILL VOID ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BY MESA PUBLIC AUCTION 1- Buyer must pull start cord to see/show the motor turns upon pickup/ in store 2- Buyer must sign invoice agreeing to place Oil and Gas into the unit before operating This applies to Generators, Pressure washers, Gas lawn mowers, leaf blowers, chain saws, weed whackers and trimmers sold by Mesa Public Auction. Operating condition does not include and is Not only Limited to correct P.S.I, wattage, output, trimmer wire, chains, belts, blades, wheels, straps, harness' or Electrical... Mesa Public Auction reserves the right to refuse Return, Refund or Dispute at our discretion - MPA is not responsible for HARDWARE announced or not, dents, dings, blemishes, scratches, missing parts or pieces. Bluetooth connectivity, charging cords, all inflatables, printer ink capacity is not an arbitrable issue and are sold AS IS. All Brown box/ items / Furniture/ MDF put together or not is considered AS IS, No Exceptions. Any item that is previously assembled is AS IS. All bicycles in any condition with faults announced or not and battery operated ride ons are considered AS IS, no exceptions. All Battery operated to include but not limited to Drones, remote control cars, toys, games items are considered unchecked and sold AS IS. Mesa Public Auction reserves the right to reject any claim/ arbitration to above rules/ items posted above or not. We may post 'approximate numbers/counts" of certain items (paper plates, underwear etc. Miscounted / clerical errors are not arbitrable. -The term Previously assemebled "prev assem" can mean, but not limited to, missing hardware, damage to item, missing pieces, used, dirty. If we disclose to you something is previously assmebled you understand it is buyers risk. - Due to time constraints to set up an Auction of this size, we may announce some items as UNCHECKED, PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY TO THESE AS THE CONDITIONS OF ITEMS ANNOUNCED THIS WAY ARE UNKNOWN/ SOLD AS-IS AND NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. Examples of inspections that follow our guidlines will be making sure the items recieved and items on your invoice match, plugging in items that corelate with our guarantee and making sure all our items are recieved.
