Failure to make payment by end of day the last day of scheduled pickup will result in loss of rights to any lots won. You will be banned from any future auctions. 5. If you are tax exempt you Must communicate that fact to the auction company prior to the auction closing. You will be required (if applicable) to provide Smithsburg Country Auction with a copy of your Tax Exempt paperwork 6. We will assume the if you are a 2 hour drive or more away from Smithsburg Maryland that you will need shipping. PICK-UPS DAYS: MONDAY JUNE 12TH 10-4PM, THURSDAY JUNE 15TH 10-6PM & FRIDAY JUNE 16TH 10-4 1.starts Sunday JUNE 4TH at 12 noon 2. If you fail to pickup within scheduled timeframe your items will be held for 1 WEEK. It will be buyer responsibility to contact Smithsburg Country Auction to arrange an appointment for pick up which is conveniant for BOTH parties. Will be a $15 charge for ALL late Pick ups. That will be charged to your card on file. After that 1 week period they items will be resold. NO REFUNDS 3.
