Huge Restaurant Supply Liquidation Auction - Part 2 Part 2 of a multi-auction liquidation located in San Marcos. Over 1000+ lots added in the coming weeks. Auction #2 includes 300+ Lots of Commercial Grade Restaurant Equipment, Kegerators, Deli Cases, Mixing Bowls, Migali, Hobart, Food Storage, Refigeration, Various Pallets of Plates, Cups, etc., Large Mixers, Pots, Pans, Freezers, NIB Pans and More! Dates: Fri. 6/2 thru Sat. 6/10 (7pm Soft Closing) Pick Up Date: Mon. 6/12 10am-4pm Please note: Additional dates can be scheduled in advance for large equipment. Forklift and operator on premises to load trailers and flatbeds. Must bring assistance for loading.
USD 15% Buyers Premium Bidding ONLINE ONLY! All items are sold as is, no warranty or guarantee is made as to condition. Electronics have not been tested unless noted, we give no warranty or guarantee to their condition. We do our best to show photos of chipped, scratched, damaged or torn items. The highest bidder agrees to pay the full amount for the purchased item as-is. Minor scratches, chips or damages may not always be photographed. All items are offered for sale to the highest bidder. All sales are final and no refunds are to be made. The Auctioneer or Auction House assumes no responsibility for errors in the catalog or on part by the bidder. Texas Sales Tax is payable by all buyers liable to tax. Buyer is responsible for pickup. All items must be picked up during the listed date and times. Failure to pickup items during pickup times will result in forfeiture of items, the highest bidder will be charged the full amount. We will not have boxes or personnel to help with loading or packing. SHIPPING AVAILABLE / NOTICE After the auction ends, you will receive an invoice for your won items. This invoice does not include shipping costs. Please inform us that you would like your items shipped and we will provide you a quote. Failure to pay for shipping within 7days will result in forfeiture of items. Buyer shall indemnify East Estate Sales against any damages, claims, liability as a result of any harm or injury suffered by any person during the sale or pickup of items. Notice for firearm purchases: East Estate Sales has partnered with a local FFL Dealer to coordinate purchases of firearms listed in this auction. All firearms listed in this auction will be held at the local FFL Dealer and will be available for pickup by the winning bidder on pickup day (located approximately 3 miles from auction site). Winning bidder will be contacted immediately following the close of the auction with dealer details. Payment of invoice (including winning bid amount, buyer’s premium & applicable taxes) must be made before FFL Dealer information will be released. A mandatory $30 fee PER FIREARM will be charged to the buyer by the FFL Dealer for associated paperwork. This fee will be paid directly to the Dealer, not to East Estate Auctions. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be provided, either by East Estate Auctions for the firearm purchase or the paperwork fee charged by the FFL Dealer. All shipping will be coordinated by the FFL Dealer – firearms can only be shipped to another licensed FFL dealer. Buyer is responsible for insuring they are in compliance with any local or federal regulations regarding the purchase of firearms. A current and valid Photo ID must be provided by winning bidder to the Dealer to pickup or ship any firearm. This auction may include items with unlisted reserves.
