Sunday 6/11 8am-12pm Monday 6/12 3pm-7pm 220 E Franklin St Shelbyville, IN 46176 (we are in the office/retail location at the storage facility your gps will take you to). Please bring any boxes or packing materials you may need at pick up.
-All sales are FINAL. Everything is sold as is. (You can preview anything in the sale by appointment). -All credit cards will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. If you'd like to be a cash buyer, please send us an email directly. If you are a cash buyer and don't show up for the pick up and pay, we will run the card on file. -15% buyers premium plus Indiana Sales tax -Shipping will be available on anything that is marked with the shipping truck icon. if it isn't marked with this icon we cannot ship it. We are an auction company, not a freight company. We charge exact shipping cost plus a $5 handling fee per box we ship. We will try to fit all your items in one box if possible. You'll be expected to reach out to us, to set up shipping before our pickup window ends. Anything not arranged after that time will be considered forfeited. Refunds will not be given for forfeited merchandise. Refunds will not be issued If you purchase something that is not marked for shipping and want it shipped. We also are NOT responsible for any damage occurred during shipping. -Anything not picked up during the pickup window will be considered forfeited. Refunds will not be given for forfeited merchandise. -Please observe the pick up windows. Please don't bid if you cant make it in the windows, without contacting us first. -Credit card charge backs are not permitted.
