SHIPPING AND PICKUP: We will NOT ship items for this auction. Local pickup only. Winning bidders must bring help if required for large/heavy items or if needed to dismantle any lot, and bring proper packaging materials, such as boxes and tape for packing up your purchased items, and will be totally responsible for removing these lots themselves. please plan ahead. As a courtesy to the buyer, we can arrange for a third-party shipper to receive your items and ship them at the buyer's expense plus an additional handling fee will be charged to buyer. If the buyer does not want to use our provided third-party shipping, it is the buyer's responsibility to notify Jacquier Auctions Inc before payment of the item. International buyers are responsible for tariffs, taxes or assessments of shipped items to the buyer's country. For online auctions with vehicles that have titles, and registrations. All vehicles will be sold as-is, where-is condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. * Note: It is the Buyer's responsibility to be aware of their local motor vehicle regulations pertaining to titles and registrations prior to purchase of a motor vehicle. For items marked 'No Title' or No Registration, a title or registration will not be provided. The listing for that item will be marked 'No Title' or No Registration and will be sold with a Bill of Sale only, and sold AS IS. Our Online Auctions are for Responsible Adults Only. Please take the time to read the terms of the Auction, as well as the payment & pickup information. We request that you refrain from bidding if you can't pick-up and pay during the times outlined. This saves us both the extra expense. Repeat offenders will be banned from participating in all future auctions. Items that are not paid for or picked up within 7 days will be deemed abandoned, and those lots will be offered to the underbidder(s). Bidders who abandon lots may receive a "bad bidder" rating that may affect their ability to bid in our future auctions. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND. Additionally, if the auction is at a location other than our Southwick Facility, they will have to be moved and charges commensurate with time and labor for our staff to move the item(s) to Southwick will be added and these fees can be pretty stiff.
