All items and lots are being sold as is, where is. Items do not include any form of warranty or guarantee. The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the buyers responsibilty to view, inspect and test the items on or during the inspection dates. If a buyer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccuate information. The buyer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic conditon, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities. Buyer is responsible for loading there own purchases. Payment Terms	Payments will be automatically charged to the card on file with HiBid. We do not accept any other forms of payment. All pricing is in USD. Buyer will be charged a 10 percent buyers premium, 5.3 percent sales tax and a 3 percent credit processing fee for the total of 18.3 percent.

Shipping / Pick Up

Shipping will not be offered for this auction. In order to pickup the order the customer is required to bring a copy of the invoice to the pickup in paper or PDF form. Pictures and screenshots will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for loading their own purchases in/on their vehicle. They must bring their own help, if help is needed. C2 staff will be assisting other customers and preparing for the next auction. Customer is responsible for verifying they have the correct items before leaving the C2 auctions facility. The buyer is responsible for the consolidation, removal and loading of all puchased hand carryable equipment. Forklift loading assistance will only be offered for items that are pallet sized and freight items. The buyer is responsible for bringing all other assistance needed in the loading process.
