All sales are final. Preview is encouraged. All items are sold "as is - where is" with all faults and blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied. It is bidder's responsibilty to determine condition, value, usefullness, functionality, authenticity, and all other factors. Aurora Country Auction is not responsible for errors of description. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. There is a 15% Buyers Premium charged to all purchases. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax emption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale. Credit Cards will be charged immediately following auction close unless other arrangements have been made prior to sale. Email notification of winning bids will be sent after auction closes.
