No returns or refunds for any reason. -- Invoices are sent via email upon auction end and payment can be made on site. -- If a purchase is made, the credit card on file with HIBID WILL NOT be automatically charged for purchases. -- We accept cash, Master Card, Visa or Discover Credit Cards (3% convenience fee for using credit/debit cards). -- All out-of-state invoices must be paid by Friday at 6pm. If not, the invoice will be canceled and the items will return to auction either online or locally. -- If a buyer fails to pay for lots won, the buyer will be black listed and not allowed to participate in any other auctions. Buyer will be reported to the HiBid auction site as a non-paying bidder. -- Your bid is a legally binding agreement to purchase. Unpaid bids are subject to small claims court in the State of Delaware. Pickup --------- Pick up Location: 645 E. Chestnut Hill Road, Newark, DE 19713 -- Items not picked up on designated pickup day are considered abandoned and buyer loses all rights to purchase. Bidder will be banned from future auctions and note will be added to their profile. -- The Pickup Location is not our business location and we transport all winning lots to Newark, allowing neighboring state residents the option to shop tax-free. -- Many of the items will be pre-packed for pickup. -- Please bring necessary tools, packing supplies and labor for loading items. -- There is a $25 fee for an alternative pickup date/time. No exceptions. Bidding ---------- -- This is an ONLINE ONLY Auction, an item will close every 15 seconds unless a bid is placed on an item within the last two minutes. Then it will be extended an additional one minute until bidding has stopped. -- A successful bid at auction constitutes a legally binding contract of sale. -- Do not bid unless you agree to ALL of the terms and conditions posted herein. -- Descriptions are believed to be correct but are not guaranteed. -- Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Questions are encouraged from buyers prior to bidding. -- If there is a question, buyer must ask auctioneer within 48hrs prior to auction. -- Once an item is sold, the winning bidder becomes the owner of the item immediately at the close of the bid. -- We reserve the right to reject any bid. Shipping ------------ -- Cost of shipping will be invoiced separately, once the item has been paid in full. -- There is a $2.50 handling fee per lot to cover supplies and labor. -- In-house shipping makes every effort to ship the most efficient, cost-effective route. -- Items are shipped within 3 business days, once the shipping invoice is paid. -- You can also arrange your own 3rd party shipping. The closest UPS Store is located 12 miles from our business location in Kent County. -- All shipping and insurance expenses are to be paid for by the buyer. -- Many items are available for shipping and are marked on individual lots. -- Shipping is not available on items that have ever had fuel or gas in them such as lanterns, chains saws, etc, large/bulky items, neon signs, or items over 15 lbs. Disputes ------------ -- Should a dispute arise between, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through arbitration in Delaware. All arbitration fees will be split equally between both parties. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. System Outages ----------------------- -- We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures -- We are using HiBid online bidding services.
