This is an ONLINE ONLY auction where all items are sold as is-where is with no warranty. Some electronic items have not been tested. Some larger or heavy items may be located in a basement or upstairs so please bring help to move these items. We do not help load out larger or heavy items so BRING HELP. Registration is required prior to bidding. Any items left after the pick up time and date without arrangement being make prior to closing of auction will be discarded with no refunds. We DO NOT hold large items after the pick up date. The authorized Credit Card used at registration will be processed within 1 hours of auction closing for won items. The auction will have a staggered closing with soft close, activity may continue on a specific item as long as there is activity on that item, while the remaining items continue to close as scheduled.
