Here’s some important information to navigate our auction: Payments: After the closing of the auction, the credit card on file with HiBid will be charged. If you prefer an alternate payment method such as cash, venmo or a different card, please contact us before the auction! A 15% buyer’s premium and state sales tax will be included in the total amount due. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice; which will also give you instructions for pickup. Pickups and Shipping: At the moment, we are conveniently located right off I-15 in South Jordan near Volkswagen Southtowne @ 10901 South Jordan Gateway #120 South Jordan, UT, 84095 Pickup will be done in a gated storage unit; because of this, we need to schedule pickup times for buyers ahead of time! We will try to have all of your items ready for immediate pickup at your scheduled time. The link to schedule and instructions will be sent to you immediately after the auction. We have scheduled times for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednsday. If you cannot make any of those pickup times, it is your responsibility to contact us at your earliest convenience so we can accommodate your pickup time. Because of the location we are currently in, we can only accommodate 2-3 cars at a time and that is why it is important to schedule your pickup. If no notice is given and the items are not picked up, they will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be given. We will gladly help you load items into your car, we will provide rope and tape but we cannot assist in strapping items to your car for insurance reasons. Shipping: NO SHIPPING OFFERED Item Descriptions: Please make sure to read ALL item descriptions because we at Black Pearl Auctions try to thoroughly inspect all items when possible, that being said it is impossible for us to inspect internal parts, etc. That is why all items are sold as/is. We will try to note any issues, damage or missing parts in the item description. That being said, we have no warranties or guarantees, written or implied. All merchandise is sold as/is. Black Pearl Auctions does not represent any retailer or manufacturer. If by any chance an item is defective beyond the description, you will have 7 days from the day of the auction to contact us to return the item for a refund or credit as per our prerogative. We pride ourselves in disclosing any imperfection that we see but there are some items that are impossible to test and those will be described accordingly. Images will consist of the manufacturer's stock photos; however, if there is any big damage to the box or the items, we will disclose accordingly.
