Full Terms and Conditions: NOTICE: All potential participants wanting to bid agree with the below terms and agree to be bound by such. Old School Gamer Auctions is a business of BC Productions, Inc. Registration: All participants in person or online are required to register prior to becoming an Approved Bidder, once approved they are set for all future auctions with Old School Gamer Auctions.. They are required to give their full name; permanent street address, phone number(s); email address, and valid current credit card information. International buyers must have pre-arrangements made with our office to receive a bidder number. Products: Descriptions of the items/items/products (from here on out referred to as items) are not guaranteed and photos are provided often by the seller of the product through the auction. Items are not guaranteed and carry no warranty. Financials: Once the auctioneer says, item auction is completed, ownership immediately transfers to the buyer and all items are sold as is and where is without any warranties expressed or implied. Invoices by onsite buyers must be paid in full immediately after the sale is completed, unless otherwise agreed by both Old School Gamer Auctions and the buyer, documented via email with both parties. Invoices by online buyers will be charged to the credit card on file at any time after the item is sold. All merchandise removed from premises must be paid in full. Buyer Terms: Onsite: 13% buyer premium with credit card or 10% with cash or approved in advance check + local sales tax (7% for most of our auctions). Online: 15% buyer premium with credit card + local sales tax (7% for most of our auctions). The sales tax applies to all sales unless a valid tax exemption form with Old School Gamer Auctions. Seller Terms: Default of 15% commission with a $50 buyback (http://www.oldschoolgamerauctions.com/selling/ has more details). All games must be COMPLETE. Discount for companies bringing 20+ working games. For the discounts, the items must be working video games/pinballs, no discount on redemption or other items. Non working product may be rejected before check-in. Sellers will be sent home with pending settlement paperwork and will be mailed a check no later than 3 days after the auction. Removal of Auction Lots: All product must be removed from the auction site by 11pm the day of the auction unless other arrangements are made. Old School Gamer does not provide any shipping or logistic services. Arrangements with such services are your responsibility, we will simply provide a pickup window for such. If we take the product back to our offices afterwards for other arrangements and will cost a minimum of $50 for full games or $25 for ‘small lots’, size and rate at discretion of Old School Gamer Auctions. Prepaid shipping tags can be sent to us for small lots. Old School Gamer Auctions is not responsible for goods not removed.
