PLEASE READ THSES TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING AND BIDDING - Please plan to inspect the items in person before bidding. A physical inspection is encouraged and suggested. All items sold as-is where-is with no warranties expressed or implied. Preview days and times are listed above. - When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agreeing that you are CONTRACTUALLY BOUND to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium and sales tax. Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. BIDS CANNOT BE CANCELED - ALL BIDS ARE FINAL! - The first lot will close at 12:00pm with consecutive lots closing every 30 seconds. We utilize a soft close so if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for another 2 minutes. Once all the bidding on that lot has stopped the lot will be sold. - A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the hammer price. The Georgia sales tax of 6% will also be added unless you have provided us with a valid Resale Certificate. - BIDDING: When you bid your max, the current bid does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else must bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. If 2 people bid the same max bid on an item, the 1st person to place the bid will be a winning bidder. We will not be responsible for bids that do not go through. The best way to ensure your bid is accepted is to enter your max bid BEFORE the auction ends. - Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Location at time of removal - No Exceptions. Once items are removed no claims are allowed. - Any persons on property during preview, or removal of goods shall assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer or principal from liability. Neither the auctioneer or principal will be liable for any reason of any defect in or condition of premises on which the sale is held. - If we are unable to get in touch with the winning bidder by the Saturday following the auction the merchandise will be considered abandoned. If the invoice is unpaid, we will charge the card on file and sell the merchandise in the next auction to cover expenses. If we are unable to charge the card on file, you will go on record with Hibid.com as a non-paying bidder and will be banned from participating in future auctions. - If merchandise is left past the Saturday following the auction the buyer will be charge a $20 per day late fee. We have limited space, so this is to cover any relocation expenses. - We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. - All buyers hereby certify that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions listed above and they agree to be bound thereby. - By excepting these terms and conditions you are giving Most Anything Auctions consent to send emails and SMS messages to your email and/or phone number on file for the following: o Winning Bidder Notifications o Upcoming Auction notifications o 24 hour closing notifications
