Upon bidding on any lot offered for sale in this online public auction, all bidders agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Bidders must register and be approved for online bidding based on the information provided by HiBid and their previous record. The auction company reserves the right to approve or deny any bidders. 2. All items are sold "As-Is" and while descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auction company or staff cannot guarantee their accuracy. Preview and Inspection before bidding is the responsibility of the purchaser and the bidder assumes all risks related to the grade, quality, appearance, condition, history, and origin of any lot. 3. Bidders acknowledge an 18% Buyers Premium, which will be added to all winning bids and payable by the winning bidder as part of the total cost. 4. Payment for all items must be made in full the day after the auction or at pickup. Failure to pay will result in the auction company voiding any unpaid invoices and banning the unpaid bidder from future auctions. Payments will be processed directly through HiBid unless specified otherwise. 6. All sales are final, and lots may not be returned or refunded for any reason. The auction company assumes no responsibility for any items once sold. 7. All items must be picked up during the specified pickup time, or shipping arrangements made with a third-party shipping company. Failure to remove items during the specified times, or failure to arrange to ship, will result in the forfeiture of the item(s), with the buyer still being charged the full amount. Shipping items may incur additional costs higher than the cost of the item purchased, and the auction company is not responsible for calculating shipping expenses or accepting returns for refunds. Prior to bidding, bidders must ask for a shipping quote and be satisfied with the shipping expense.
