All items are sold as is, where is and preview is encouraged. All descriptions are believed to be accurate but not waranted. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that you have examined the items to their satisfaction or you have chosen not to examine items. I reserve the right to reject any bid at my discretion. tax rate of 8.75 to be charged unless a tax ID number is on file. there will be a buyers premium of 15% added to the bid, 3% will be taken off if paid with cash or good checks. Pick up during designated hours or if you phone for an appointment. All items not picked up will be resold at next auction unless arrangements have been made. there is NO shipping. I reserve the right to cancel or reopen auction in case of system failure.

There is no shipping offered - Pick up is on Sunday, October 9th from 3PM - 6PM EST & Monday, October 10th from 10 AM - 4PM EST.
