Auction Terms & Conditions By registering for a bidder number, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this user agreement. Condition Statement: All items, including coins, are sold as is, where is. There will be no returns. We do not grade coins. Any grade given is as it came to us. Please read descriptions and look closely at photos. We do our best to decribe every item accurately. Any condition statement that is given is a courtesy to the client. As found means there is a defect of some sort with the item. Please do not bid unless you have read the full description and looked at all the pictures. Payment information: 10% buyer's premium will be added to purchase price. Payment can be made by Cash, Check, & Credit Cards at pickup. A 5% Surcharge will be added if you use a credit card. $35 fee will be added to all NSF checks. Shipping is available. 5% will be added to the total including shipping. Failure to pickup items or to arrange for shipment will result in negative feedback on your hibid account. Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any items at any time before the sale ends.
