Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax exemption certificate is filed with us *before* the sale. You may email your tax certificate to sales@arwaco.com. We will have an exemption form for you to fill out for our records. Payments will be processed by the next day after the conclusion of auction. Shipping will be automatically added to invoice, unless buyer notifies us before/during the auction. The credit card that was used for HiBid registration will be automatically charged once invoices have been created. Purchaser will receive invoice via email once payments have been processed. Purchaser will receive an "unpaid invoice" if there is an issue processing the credit card payment. Otherwise the emailed invoice attachment will be marked "paid in full" if payment has been processed. Shipping costs will automatically be added to the invoice, unless we are notified otherwise before auction close. There is no set pick up time for this auction. Buy must notifify us before/during auction if they wish to pick up items. If buyer chooses to pick up items, buyer will be notified after auction with available pick up times. All Items not picked up by the following Friday(6 days after auction close) will be considered abandoned and forfeited. Such items will be disposed of at our discretion without refund to the winning bidder. No returns/refunds! Shipping will automatically be added to all invoices that do not notify us beforehand. For shipping, buyer pays actual shipping, insurance for the invoice amount, plus handling fee. The handling fee is $5 for first lot won, $1 for each additional lot won.
