Four Hills property owner has decided to downsize and the items remaining with the property are being offered at auction and will be sold to the highest bidders. Removal of items purchased will be the respobsability of the buyer. Please bring the necessary tools, boxes or bags if needed. Please view all photos and descriptions for condition and any special pick-up instructions. Some items will require more than one person to move or may need to be dis-assembled. Some items are located in the basemet and will require walking up the stairs. Payment is due at the time of pick-up 15% buyer premium when using a credit card 10% buyer premium when paying with cash NO TAX WILL BE CHARGED LOCAL BIDDERS- Pick-up will be by appointment only - Saturday, April 01, 2023 between the hours of 10am to 2 pm. If you cannot pick-up during those hours please do not bid. The location is in Four Hills and the address will be printed on your winning invoice.
