Description After nearly 30 years in the same location its time for a change. Clearing the house and making a move. This estate is loaded with antiques, quality furniture, art, decor, tools and toys. 1963 Piper Colt airplane, Experimental aircraft and parts, patio furniture, Classic Car parts and pieces, and so much more including a 1956 T-Bird that has been owned since 1966 by the current second owner. It is ready for you to restore to your wishes. Garage kept since the mid 1970s when the restoration process was began, but not completed. All items will sell at online auction so get your bids in early.
All items are sold AS IS / WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. There will be a 15% buyers premium on all purchases, with the exception of the Colt Piper and the T-Bird which will have a 5% discount applied to the buyers premium. You will be required to pay sales tax unless you hold a valid resale or exemption certificate. A limited number of items may have reserves and that reserve price may not be revealed. We accept cash, Zelle, credit or debit cards with a 3% convenience fee. All items must be paid for on pick up day. If you need special arrangements for pick up outside of the allotted time call Jason (903)271-6989 before bidding. If you need shipping please call for a quote.
