Auction Terms & Conditions By registered on, and/or bidding on an item through, Morrison Auctions you confirm that you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully. These terms, as modified or amended from time to time, are a binding contract between Morrison Auctions (“we” and/or “us”, etc) and you ("you”). 18% buyers premium and 5% GST applies to ALL sales All items are sold as is where is without warranty or guarantee. It is the bidders' responsibility to verify the integrity, condition, and Authenticity of all goods before bidding. We do not test or verify any items sold in the auction. PAYMENT WILL BE PROCESSED USING THE CREDIT CARD SUPPLIED UPON REGISTRATION THE NEXT DAY. The items have been photographed and each purchaser shall be held to have Satisfied themselves as to the condition, identity & authenticity, and shall not be permitted to make any objections after the sale on any grounds. All property is sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" without any representations or warranties by Morrison Auctions or its staff or the consignor as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, the correctness of any catalogue or other description or the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, provenance, exhibitions, literature or historical relevance of any property and no statement anywhere, whether oral or written, whether made in the catalogue, an advertisement, a bill of sale, a salesroom posting or announcement, or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation or assumption or liability. Morrison Auctions and the consignor make no representation and warranties, express or implied, as to whether the purchaser acquires any copyrights, including but not limited to any reproduction rights in any property. We and the consignor are not responsible for errors and omissions in any catalogue or any supplemental material. We do not guarantee, any written or oral appraisals, certificates of authenticity, values, or retail replacement prices, that may accompany any item or may be orally stated by any auctioneer or employee, before, after and during any auction sale. Morrison Auctions reserves the right to supplement all Terms & Conditions with verbal announcements at any time during the auction. All verbal announcements and terms form part of the terms and conditions between the seller and the bidders. In all cases of dispute the auctioneer's decision shall be final. All goods are to be removed from the premises by the purchaser at the purchaser's sole risk & expense and the purchaser here by indemnifies and saves harmless the auctioneer and/ or the owner of the premises from each & every claim whatsoever which may arise by reason of the removal of the goods by the purchaser from the premises. As soon as the items leave the warehouse, (Pickups or Shipping) The auction house is no longer liable or any claims against Morrison Auctions will not be permited. The auctioneer will not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever, and the lot or lots will be left at the sole risk of the purchaser. Items not picked up in the time specified by the auction will be resold. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Items must be picked up on the first Friday after the auction by 4:00 pm or they will be sold at the next auction. Shipping at the buyers expense can be arranged by calling 587-224-1947. We can ship anywhere in Canada. International shipping may be arranged. We will not arrange for shipping of furniture. If you purchase any large items, you have to arrange for shipping and packing of the large furniture items.
