This is a TRADITIONAL AUCTION for onsite, online, phone (at agents' discretion) and absentee bidding with the auction commencing at 8.00am AEDT 18th March 2023 from 6 Bundella Close, Molong N.S.W 2866. ABSENTEE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED until 4.00pm AEDT Friday 17th March on the prescribed Absentee Bidding form only. The auction will be livestreamed for the convenience of online bidders. Should a floor / onsite bidder and an online / absentee / phone bidder be tied on the same bid the bid will go to the floor / onsite bidder. Should two online bidders be locked on the same bid the lot will go to the online bidder who registered their bid first. Should a phone, absentee or online bidder be locked on the same bid the bid will favour the online bidder. 14. All invoices are to be settled within 48 hours of the Auctions completion.
