Description	Stalcup Ag Service will be conducting a public farmland auction on Wednesday, March 22nd at 10:00a.m. at the Lawton Community Center in Lawton, Iowa for John H. Fraser III, Katherine Grimes, & Rowland Family Trust Farm. Offered for sale will be 306.48 taxable acres to be sold as choice of 2 parcels. CSR-2 of 82.2 on Parcel 1, 75.7 on Parcel 2. The farm is located Six miles north of Lawton at the intersection of C70 & K49. Legal Description: The North Half (N 1/2) of Section 33-90N-45W of the 5th P.M., Lincoln Township, Plymouth County, Iowa.
