This will be your notification. On Hibid, once the lot is sold it will read, You May Have Won or Outbid. When it says You May Have Won that is what it means maybe yes, maybe no. If there was a tie bid due to 2 persons putting in the same maximum amount you will both receive the notice You May Have Won. In this case the person to enter their maximum first is the winning bidder. Your formal notice that you were the winning bidder is by email with the attached invoice. County Road Auction & Sales reserves the right to call a no sale on items that did not reach the reserve price. When the reserve has not been met on Hibid it will read You May Have Won. This too means maybe yes, maybe no. If the reserve had not been met on that item you were not the winning bidder. You will be emailed the invoice of what lots you have won. Please check your spam folder to alleviate confusion. There is no shipping provided for this auction. The Auction Company reserves the right to add or remove property from the auction. If technical problems occur with the auction software, server, County Road Auction & Sales reserves the right to extend bidding, continue bidding, or close the bidding at any time.
