Auction Terms & Conditions TERMS AND CONDITIONS: A 10% non-refundable deposit will be due within 24 hours of sale with balance due on or before 45 days from sale date. Buyer shall make this down payment by either approved check or wire transfer. All wiring fees shall be paid for by the buyer. This property is being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties expressed, written or implied. This is an online-only auction that will be ending Wednesday September 15th, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. EDT with a soft close. The property will be sold subject to seller's confirmation (sells with reserve). BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the winning bid to determine final sales price. Seller reserves the right to cancel this auction at any time prior to the final bid closing. PROPERTY TAXES: Property taxes for 2021 will be prorated day of closing. Closing is NOT contingent upon financing so be sure you have arranged for payment prior to bidding. Possession shall be given at final closing. If the property receives a bid within the last 2 minutes, then the close time will be extended 5 minutes from the time the bid is placed. The time will continue to extend for 5 minutes with each newly placed bid and the property will not close unitl 5 minutes have elapsed with no additional bid activity.
