The sellers have decided to move to a new location and would love thier unneeded assets to go to good homes. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. This is a local pick up only auction. There are absolutely no shipping options for this auction and we will NOT be bringing lots back to our facility for pick up. All lots must be paid for and pick up by Friday August 13th at 4:00 pm without exception. We do not have access to the property after this time. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location of 5045 Pointe Drive East China, MI 48054 during posted pick up times without exception. This is a local pick up only auction. There are absolutely NO SHIPPING options for this auction and we will NOT be bringing lots back to our facility for pick up. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy for this auction. Pick up date and times are Thursday August 12th from 12:00pm until 7:00pm and Friday August 13th from 10:am until 4:00pm. No other pick up and payment times will be offered or accepted (unless otherwise noted it item description). This auction is NOT at our facility in Memphis. There is no guarantee we will have anything available. Also be prepared to load and pack your own items and bring help if needed. Also be advised that some lots are very large so bring help as you may need it. And there is no equipment on site to move or load large items of any kind.
