Posted closing times and time displays are approximate. Auctioneer reserves the right, in Auctioneer's sole and absolute discretion, to close early or extend the Auction. 3. Auctioneer(s), owners/executors are not held responsible whatsoever in case of accident, damage or theft. 4. Buyer's Premium. A Buyer's Premium, or Buyer's fee, will be charged on all Lots. The Buyer's Premium, which will be paid by the Buyer to Auctioneer for its own account, will be calculated as a percentage of the Hammer Price for each Lot, and will be added to the Hammer Price to determine the final Contract Price. The Buyer's Premium will be ten percent (10%) of the Hammer Price for each Lot, and is earned by (and may be retained by) Auctioneer with the Fall of the Hammer. 5. All items MUST be paid for in full and picked up within the pick up times. 6. There is a $10.00 Handling Fee in addition to the shipping costs! 7. A valid PAL is required for the purchase of any Firearms and Ammunition. 8. Auctioneer's decision is final.
