Auction Terms & Conditions: All items must be paid for at the end of the auction which will be charged to the credit card that you have placed on file at time of Registration. A 7% Florida Sales Tax and a 12% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price. Gallery 9 West Auctions LLC will ship items with a $5 Handling Fee and real postage cost. All items that can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground will be shipped in that manner. Extremely large/heavy items can be shipped by Professional Shippers/Packers at Buyer's Expense and Buyer must make arrangements for any shipping of large or heavy items. Shipping and handling charges will be charged upon completion of Auction with the credit card on file. Local online bidders may pick up their items on the designated pickup dates. Upon receiving your invoice, please respond immediately letting us know if you want the items shipped or if you will be picking your item up. Pick up address will be included on your invoice and inform Gallery 9 West Auctions LLC regarding the arrangements you have made. BUYERS MUST PICK UP ITEMS OR PAY TO HAVE ITEMS SHIPPED WITHIN THE POSTED PICKUP TIMES FOR THE AUCTION. IF ANY ITEMS ARE NOT PICKED UP OR SHIPPING IS NOT PAID FOR AND ARRANGED AT COMPLETION OF THE AUCTION PICKUP TIMES, THESE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED ABANDONED BY THE PURCHASER. Gallery 9 West Auctions LLC WILL DISPOSE OF ABANDONED ITEMS AS THEY SEE FIT, WITHOUT REFUND TO ORIGINAL PURCHASER. Everything is sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees of any kind. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL AT AUCTION. Everything MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL AT THE END OFTHE AUCTION. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have entered into a contract and will be expected to pay for the items of which you were the successful bidder. All sales are final. Gallery 9 West Auctions LLC shall be entitled to any Attorney's Fees incurred in the enforcement of this contract or the enforcement of Sell/Buy Agreement. All transactions are to abide by the Laws and Rules of Uniform Code of the state in which the sale is held. If State Sales Tax must be collected by State Law, you will be required to pay such taxes.
