Description
Live auction starts Monday August 2, 2021 at 7:30 AM CST. Sale order: Broilers pen of 3, Market hogs, Market Lambs, Market Goats, Market Beef, Advanced Cattle Feeders. Buyer Breakfast compliments of Warren County Fair Board of Directors 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM at Cindy's Place. The Pen of Three Broiler Chickens selling first. The chickens can be taken home and processed on your own or the Superintendents will take the birds to the processor immediately following the auction. Processing is included. The Superintendent will communicate with you what time to pick up the processed birds that same day in the evening. If you purchase the birds and do not wish to keep the meat, the birds can be donated to the Warren County Food Pantry. If you wish to help a 4-H or FFA member by purchasing an animal but NOT wanting the meat, please purchase and say "resale". You would then pay the difference of the auction and resale price to the clerk of the auction. If you would like to purchase for your freezer, please purchase the animal and announce that it will go to that specific locker. Please contact the locker to tell them how you would like your meat packaged and cut. Buyer is responsible for processing. Market Hogs, Lamb, and Goats will have a set resale price announced the morning of the sale. Maket Beef will resale after the premium auction. All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. Email statements will be sent after the concusion of the auction. Payment is due August 9th. Make checks payable to Warren County Fair and deliver to Regions Bank 114 N Howard St Indianola, IA 50125. We accept Cash, Check, or Money Order. A $25 service fee will be charged to any account that payment is declined/returned, requiring additional time to contact and establish payment for merchandise or shipping! All items are sold "as-is, where-is". There are no warranties implied or given. Please reference pictures or personally inspect items for condition and accuracy of lots being sold. Putney Auction Service will provide as much information as is available to us. Announcements made on sale day take precedent over any previous print or oral statements.
