In case of absentee tie bids, earliest bid left will be considered the high bid and in case of a tie bid at the live auction between an absentee bid and a bidder onsite, final decision will be determined by the auctioneer and all decisions are final. Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold to a bidder (by identification of the bidder number); a verbal contract is consummated and liability for the item(s), including responsibility for payment rests with the bidder.
