If your name, address and phone number do not match up to the credit or debit card you registered with, your bids will automatically be declined. If you purchase GOLD or FINE JEWELRY - we may request a wire transfer as payment if you are new to our auction, or have been on HiBid for less than 6 months. Wire transfer will be due to us 24 hours after the auction closes, or you will be reported as a non-paying bidder, which will prevent you from participating in future auctions. We offer in-house shipping, each package will be billed an additional $4 handling fee - this fee is non-negotiable, we do offer this service as a courtesy and supplies to pack and ship your merchandise are not included in the final sale price of your items. Shipping will process 5 days after pickup, you will receive confirmation once your package ships, tracking information will also be provided at that time.
