Terms of Sale 1. This is an online auction, bidding will be online only. All items are sold as is. Ron Rhoads Auctioneer holds no warranty to descriptions, statements, made by the auctioneer or the internet catalog. There are no guarantees of any kind with respect to size, provenance, condition, or value of any item. Our written descriptions are our expressed opinions only. All measurements and weights are approximate. Using the term good does not imply that the item is free from wear and tear or other signs of aging. If imperfections are evident every effort will be given to describe any problems in condition report. All announcements made the day of Auction take precedent over previous announcements. 2. All disputes shall be settled at the discretion of the auctioneer. The auctioneer has the final decision. 3. We expect all to honor this online agreement. if you do not intend to pay, please do not bid. 4. Bidding increments do not include buyer's premium, sales tax, insurance, or shipping. 5. Shipping / Pick Up

We will ship USPS (First Class, media mail, or Priority) or UPS, depending on the cost. All items over the dimensional limits will need to be picked up by the buyer - or the buyer will need to arrange for thrid party pickup and shipping. A $5.00 packing fee will be charged per box. After your items are boxed, you will be sent a revised invoice reflecting the shipping cost. Items can be picked up within 2 business days after the close of the auction between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. If you need more time, call for an appointment up to 4 business days after the close of the auction. Most items will ship within two weeks of the close of the auction.

Assets aged 10-15 years or more may require increased finance charges. Financing approval may require pledge of collateral as security.
