TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE 1. A buyer's premium of 15% will be added to the hammer price for each item sold. 2. 15% HST is applicable on the hammer price and buyer's premium except for purchases exported from Canada. 3. Items shipped to provinces other than Nova Scotia will have HST/GST applied at the prevailing rate of the destination province. 4. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot from sale at any time, to divide any lot or to combine any two or more lots at his sole discretion, all without notice. 5. The buyer shall pay for all lots within 48 hours from the date of the sale. 6. All lots are sold “AS IS”. Any description issued by the auctioneer are purely statements of opinion and are not intended to constitute a representation to the prospective purchasers and no warranty of the correctness of such description is made. Damage or restorations on lots will be noted as much as possible. 7. Payment for purchases will be by Visa, Mastercard or Amex or by auctioneer approved alternative. 8. We offer in house packing and shipping via Canada Post or Fedex PARTICIPATION AS A BIDDER ASSUMES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
