Removals are allowed to be made on the (2) days following each auction exept when one of those days lands on a Sunday. Then the next pick up day will be a Monday TERMS AND CONDITIONS **There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium Added to All Buyer's Totals for Each Item Purchased.** ** All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. *PAYMENT TERMS: PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:30P.M. Please Note: Items left in our warehouse after the auction pick up dates will loaded onto a pallet and will be assessed a storage fee in the amount of 10.00 per pallet per day or 60.00 per pallet per week. Furniture lots will be assessed a fee of 10.00 per piece per day or 60.00 per piece per week if they do not fit on a standard 48" x 40" pallet. Items left past 2 weeks will be considered abandoned and will be re-auctioned in order to recover storage costs. No refunds will be given on abandoned merchandise and the bidder may lose their future bidding priveleges.
