Description	Online only consignment and estate auction. This auction includes items from 5 different Waco area consigners and also the remains of our last estate auction. Please note our new ending time(saturday @ 6pm central). Our pick up time will be Sunday, August 1st 10am - 3pm at our waco warehouse. Please review our terms and conditions before bidding. Terms and Conditions

You must have a valid credit card & email address to bid. Only credit card payments made through hibid are permited, no exceptions. All sales are final. All items are sold "as is - where is" with all faults and blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied. It is buyer's responsibilty to determine condition, value, usefullness, functionality, authenticity, and all other factors. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Please contact us with any questions before bidding. There is a 15% Buyers Premium charged to all purchases. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax exemption certificate is filed with us *before* the sale. You may email your tax certificate to aandrestatesales@gmail.com and we will also have a form for you to fill out. Payments will be processed by the next day after the conclusion of auction. The credit card that was used for HiBid registration will be automatically charged once invoices have been created. Email notification of winning bids will be sent after the end of the auction and purchasor will also receive invoice once payments have been processed. Purchasor will receive "unpaid invoice" if there is an issue with the credit card payment. Otherwise the invoice will be marked "paid in full" if payment has been processed. Pickup will be Sunday, August 1st from 10AM to 3PM. Any other pick up times will be limited. Items not picked up within 7 days of the end of the auction will be considered abandoned and forfeited. Such items will be disposed of at our discretion without refund to winning bidder. No returns! Please do not plan to bid without a valid credit card, and a valid email address. Shipping is available on select lots that are marked "Shipping Available." If the lot is not marked as such, there is no shipping available. On shipping available lots, buyer pays actual shipping plus up to a $5 handling fee. We ship FEDEX, UPS and USPS, selected at our discretion(usualy USPS priority). Items not picked up within 7 days of auction closing will be considered abandoned and forfeited. Such items will be disposed of at our discretion without refund to winning bidder. Shipping is available with a $5 handling fee plus cost of actual shipping. No returns! We ship FEDEX, UPS and USPS, selected at our discretion(usualy flat rate priority).
